Contract to Hire (C2H)     

C2H is a specific means to a specific end.  Contract to hire agreements outline a set length of time a contractor will work for the employer.  At the end of that set period, the employer decides if the contractor will be hired as a direct, full-time employer or end the contract. Spectra handles the 'employer of record' requirements for the contractor and the employer supervises and manages the contractor on the job site.

Temp-to-Perm

Temp-to-perm is a working arrangement in which a worker is hired first on a temporary basis – usually through a temporary staffing agency – with the possibility of the position becoming full-time. It’s not a guaranteed full-time position and hinges on a few variables, such as how well the worker performs during the temporary arrangement and outside influences (such as economic fluctuations) that may lead businesses to reconsider their hiring plans.

Direct Hire
