Contract-to-Hire Staffing

Get help with your most immediate staffing needs. Spectra can quickly help you fill those openings with interim staffing that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. The applicants we place and our fees are based on the specific job requirements, the length of the assignment and the required experience for the position. Fees are based on an hourly, weekly or monthly rate and include all payroll taxes, workers compensation and government required insurance. 

Our ‘contract’ and ‘temp-to-hire’ programs allow you to spread the placement fee over the contract service period. During this time, you are able to evaluate the employee’s performance before considering the person as a direct hire.  Our 'pay-as-you-go' workers compensation program (with no up-front deposits) is a big reason our client companies love this program.
