We also provide excellence in temporary and contract staffing. There is no cost or obligation unless our candidate is hired. Our consultants are personally involved in each and every step of the search process, including all sourcing and analysis. We believe this approach shortens the duration of the assignment; keeps the search assignment cost effective; and enhances the advisory role of the consultant.

RETAINED SEARCH

Hire our specialists on an exclusive basis. Our search consultants make that extra effort to develop a thorough understanding of each client’s market position, business strategy and objectives, and then heavily leverage our information systems and resources to support every search. You have the complete focus and attention of a full team of dedicated, seasoned search professionals working exclusively for you. You do not have the blockage problems associated with the larger retained firms as we limit the number of clients served in any given industry. Our list of successfully completed searches runs the gamut from CFO’s and CIO’s to vice presidents, regional/general managers, COO’s, and chief engineers – all of whom usually accept leadership roles within our client’s organizations. A retainer of 25% of the estimated fee is due on the contract date. Our consultants are personally involved in each and every step of the search process, including all sourcing, background checks and recruiting analyses. We believe this approach shortens the duration of the assignment; keeps the search assignment cost effective; and enhances the advisory role of our consultants.

Contingent Staffing

Get help with your most immediate staffing needs. Spectra can quickly help you fill those openings with interim staffing that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. The applicants we place and our fees are based on the specific job requirements, the length of the assignment and the required experience for the position. Fees are based on an hourly, weekly or monthly rate.

Our ‘contract’ and ‘temp-to-hire’ programs allow you to spread the placement fee over the contract service period. During this time, you are able to evaluate the employee’s performance before considering the personas a direct hire. If you recruit and select a applicant on your own, you can still place them on our ‘payrolling’ program — delaying a direct hire until you are ready. Our outplacement service can help you with the difficult process of transitioning existing employees or senior executives out of your company in preparation for growth or acquisition.

We offer specialized military occupational transitioning assistance to our returning military and are dedicated to helping veterans find jobs. We believe the unemployment rate for returning vets is much higher than the rest of the population and are, therefore, committed to helping reduce those unemployment statistics. Once a veteran has completed their individual research in determining the career and industries that match their interests, our experienced consultants offer guidance on further skills enhancement, education or certifications and also focuses on helping with all of their job search activities.
