Michael Goldberg/Safety and Logistics Specialist, joined Spectra in 1991 and prepared and maintained our entire safety program, reducing workers compensation costs and providing clients with an excellent experience modifier, while we offered PEO services. He attended numerous training seminars with the Department of Labor and OSHA in San Diego covered a broad range of topics and industries giving him a diverse knowledge of safety, workers compensation and risk management knowledge. He currently manages the Payroll Department and serves as our Office Manager. |

Michael Mudge/Independent Senior Consultant joined Spectra in 2001 and retired in 2010. Michael has been in the executive search and placement field for 15 years and successfully placed key executives in a variety of Fortune 500 and emerging new companies. Prior to entering recruiting, Michael had a career in the airline and travel industry in senior positions in operations, reservations and distribution systems. Michael is a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Business and currently assists with special projects and consulting. |
