Denise Vaccaro/Staffing Services Manager has been with Spectra since 1996. Denise brings to our team her extensive background in the clerical/administrative and technical placement industry. Denise successfully managed the staffing services division for a large national company in Phoenix prior to coming to Spectra. Her diverse knowledge of the placement industry includes executive search, contract, and temporary-hire placement and her clients give her rave reviews. Ondra Witherspoon, Senior Consultant joined Spectra in 2008 bringing with her many years of experience in customer service, human resource management, training/instruction, sales and business development with the University of Phoenix Online. Ondra began publishing in 2000 and is an accomplished technical writer and editor. She also developed a virtual student resource center inclusive of tutoring center, writing and math lab , professional resume service and interview skills training. Ondra graduated from Arizona State University with an M.A. in English Rhetoric & Composition and a B.A. in English Linguistics. She is a native Arizonan, comes from a military background and, as such, spent her formative years living in various parts of the United States.
